1. In Case of any defect in the tractor, immediately inform your nearest dealer . The  warranty period is 1 year from the date of installation or 1200 hrs of meter running. (Which ever comes earlier)



2. Murshid Farm Industries will take no responsibility for any damage if the nearest dealer is deliberately informed late.



3. Take along with you, the original documents while going to the dealer.



4. Warranty void if the tractor is repaired by yourself or in any unauthorized workshop.



5. F.I Pump & atomizers are covered under warranty only for Initial 30 Hrs running.



6. Battery is covered under warranty for 6 months which will be the liability of concerned battery dealer.



7. There will be no warranty on the damage of wiring Harness, bearings, rubber parts, glass parts & plastic parts etc.



8. The warranty of General tyres will be the responsibility of General Tyres & Rubber Company of Pakistan.



9. The warranty on imported tyres i.e., Lassa, Petlas, Good Year etc will be handled by Murshid Farm Industries directly according to the Prorata which will be calculated by the tyre life.



10. During warranty period the privilege of availability 30 hrs free service with in 2 months of running, 250 hrs free service with in 4 months of running & 600 hts free service wth in 8 months of running is essential. Warranty void if above criteria does not meet.



11. Warranty void if instructions for operation are violated.



12. Murshid Farm Industries will take no responsibility for any damage to health or wealth during transportation of warranty parts MTL will also take no responsibility for any expenditure incurred on during transportation of warranty parts.



13. The unserviceable parts should reach MTL with in 14 days from the date of receipt of warranty claim otherwise no claim will be entertained.



14. The warranty on Genuine MTL Parts is 1 year from the date of MTL Warehouse invoice.



15. Warranty void if non genuine parts (which are not purchased from MTL or its authorized dealer) are claimed.



16. It is essential for parts warranty that the warranty replacements of purchased parts should be carried out in an authorized dealership/workshop.



17. There will be a warranty card on each purchase of genuine Millat parts. Warranty void if card missing.



18. Warranty void if seals of all kind are broken.



19. Warranty void if thermostat valve is removed from engine.



20. Warranty void if diesel tank found contaminated with lube oil, petrol, or kerosene oil.



21. Warranty void if engine idle speed found below 750 rpm.



22. Warranty void if recommended implements are not used.



23. Warranty void if non genuine oil & diesel filters are used.

Murshid Farm Industries reserves the right of taking any decisions on warranty claims without prior notice & justification.
